Notification of Alleged Copyright Infringement

Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that material you posted on the platform was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification to our copyright agent. Your counter-notification must include all of the following:

Your physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access was disabled.
A statement made under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
Your name, address, and telephone number.
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of a competent court, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the party who submitted the original DMCA Notice. The removed material may be restored or access re-enabled within ten to fourteen business days of receiving your counter-notification, unless our copyright agent receives notice that the original complainant has filed a court action to restrain you from engaging in infringing activity.

Repeat Infringer Policy

Zerygo Fens maintains a strict policy regarding repeat infringers. In appropriate circumstances, and at our sole discretion, we may terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyrighted works. We reserve the right to make this determination based on the information available to us.

Modifications to Submitted Material

Zerygo Fens does not modify, edit, or otherwise alter the content of submitted DMCA Notices or counter-notifications. We forward such notices to the relevant parties as received. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of your submission.

False Notifications

Please be aware that submitting a DMCA Notice or counter-notification with materially false or misleading information may expose you to civil and criminal liability. We reserve the right to seek damages, including legal fees, from any party who submits a knowingly false or fraudulent notice.
